"So... my... bread is..." After hearing about them disparaging her bread, Sanae says it to Akio Furukawa (or Tomoya Okazaki) before fleeing in tears. Sanae Furukawa (, Furukawa Sanae) is the wife of Akio Furukawa (with whom she co-owns the bakery Furukawa Bread) and the mother of Nagisa Furukawa.
Later in After Story, he graduates with Tomoya, and after being coaxed by Tomoya, attends Nagisa's own graduation ceremony in Graduation, and visits Nagisa when she is unwell and pregnant. In his function as a comic relief figure, he is succeeded by Akio Furukawa. Youhei begins working at a firm as soon as he graduates from high school. It seems to be some form of driving firm, as shown in the episode Small Palms.
