Scarlet Nexus Characters Age
Even if they have the same story line, comparing this to a video game is unjustified - it's like saying Milla Jovovich isn't a good video game character (which she obviously isn't). The majority of the negative reviews I've seen are from people doing exactly that. Then there are those who don't even watch past the first few episodes and complain about character development...umm, with so many characters, it's going to take a while to develop that for everyone - and this anime does a great job of adding in just a little character development to about 10 different characters per episode after the first two episodes, which is difficult to manage. Then I've seen complaints about the animation itself, which is complete nonsense; it's as good as, if not better than, any other anime out there. Biased people should not be allowed to leave reviews; it only serves to benefit those who can look at things objectively.
Luka has 22 years of service in the OSF and is a high-ranking officer. Unfortunately, the serum Luka received halted his aging at a younger age, leaving him with a weaker body. He works out every day to strengthen his body, but he is still one of the Septentrion's most powerful psionics. His ability is teleportation. Ritter, Shiden

Lauren Landa Companion Guide Bond Episode Guide VA (EN):
Shiden Ritter Shiden has been a member of the Other Suppression Force (OSF) for 14 years, and his power is Electrokinesis. He has a proud and strict personality, but he does not shy away from complimenting those who have powerful abilities. Because of his sharp tongue and attitude, he is transferred from another platoon. Scarlet Nexus Characters Differences
I wanted to ask because now that I don't have as much free time as I used to, I'd rather resume Trails of Cold Steel 3 and all of the other games on my to-play list. EDIT: I appreciate everyone's input. Then I'll play it again. Plus, with the New Game EX and the transfers, I'm guessing the game will be a walk in the park for the most part, which means it won't take me as long to complete as it did the first time.
Please update me on Yuito and Kasane.
In Scarlet Nexus, which takes place in the indefinite future, the earth is overrun by brain-loving mushroom zombies known as Others. Around the same time, humans began to develop extrasensory abilities such as super-speed, teleportation, and the all-powerful ability to set shit on fire with your mind. Those superhumans established the Other Suppression Force, a military organization (OSF). Both main characters are new recruits, part of the most recent class to join up, and they both have psychokinetic abilities. In terms of personality, those are the only places where the Venn Diagram overlaps.
Both Yuito and Kasane begin as newly minted members of the OSF, each with their own squadmates and leaders; from there, their journeys branch out in ways that have each character experiencing one side of a dense and complex plot full of conspiracies, ulterior motives, and surprising twists. Bandai Namco does an excellent job of posing questions in one character's playthrough and then answering them in the other by adding context that better explains what led to certain events in ways that lead to some very satisfying pay-offs. What truly distinguishes Scarlet Nexus is the care taken in developing its large supporting cast.
Is it worthwhile to max out all Scarlet Nexus bond levels?
All individual bond levels with other party members should be maximized. The SAS abilities will improve with each level, leading to some fantastic rewards that are well worth the effort. These include powerful attacks known as Combo Visions and Assault Visions, the ability for a character to appear and block an attack, a longer period of SAS activation, and several other bespoke skills unique to the character in question.

Kasane Randall possesses the same abilities as Yuito, though she is a little more creative with hers. Unfortunately, Kasane's upbringing was not ideal, which explains why she is so devoted to her sister Naomi. And, unlike Yuito, Kasane was scouted by the OSF, so she didn't have a say in whether she joined or not. However, for some reason, people appear to be prioritizing Yuito's story and saving Kasane's for after they've completed the game at least once. Hanabi Ichijo Pyrokinesis
Deranged mutants known as Others began to descend from the sky with a thirst for human brains just as humanity was entering this new era. Extreme measures were required to combat the overwhelming threat and save humanity, as it was highly resistant to conventional attack methods. Psionics, or people with acute extrasensory abilities, were our only hope of surviving the onslaught from above. Psionics are still scouted for their abilities and recruited for the Other Suppression Force (OSF), humanity's last line of defense.
Yuito and Kasane have a normal breakfast with their mother before embarking on their next mission: repairing the dimensional entanglements that keep the Kunad Gate open. Yuito and Kasane must combine their powers in order to enter the Chronos Terminal, the location where the red strings intersect, and where Yuito and Kasane were taken when they first activated the red strings. Yuito and Kasane manually untangle the red strings in three different points in time: the day the Others attacked Suoh, the dark future in which Kasane met the older Yuito, and a mysterious date in which Yuito and Kasane find Karen. When Yuito and Kasane return to the present, they discover that the Kunad Gate is still open, and Wakana reveals that there is one dimensional entanglement that needs to be resolved: her own presence in the current timeline. Wakana returns to her time and uploads her brain into BABE's database, but not before she expresses her love for her family. 22 "Brotherhoods"
The Brain Drive System
Your concentration will increase as you attack or destroy enemies, and you will enter a state of brain drive. In this state, your attack and movement speeds will increase, your Psychokinesis power will increase, the time required to use it will decrease, and you will be able to fight faster.
