You probably don't spend much time looking through your Steam collection (unless while you're waiting for a particularly large game to download), but you may be tempted now. The latest Steam library betas included larger, portrait-style icons for games in âshelves,â and now users have discovered that customization allows animated.png files, with stunning effects. People have begun posting the dynamic cover art icons to places like the Steam Grid Subreddit and Resetera, as spotted by PCGamer, and while it appears that creations are still in the early stages â with options for games a little limited for now â there are some really great options to choose from already. I was able to locate ones for Skyrim, Life is Strange (including Before the Storm), No Manâs Sky, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Old School RuneScape, The Witcher 3, and more games, a few of which are listed below.
