Tenseigan (è»çç14, roughly Reincarnation Eye) is a djutsu debuted in The Last: Naruto the Movie. The novelisation of the film states that Tenseigan may be obtained by implanting a tsutsuki with the Byakugan of a Hy«ga: the combination of the two clansâ chakra changes the Byakugan into Tenseigan. Toneri tsutsuki's metamorphosis takes many days after implanting himself with Hanabi Hy«ga's Byakugan. Toneri suffers progressively painful pulsations in his eyes as the metamorphosis progresses, which lessen with slumber.
