Following her encounter with the terrifying robot clown at the amusement park, Octavia, six, rushes away and finds a clown called Blitzo waiting for an audience in an abandoned tent. Blitzo is sympathetic to the child's plight and provides entertainment to lighten her mood before she is taken away by her parents. Since then, every time Octavia and her family visit Loo Loo Land, they stop by Blitzo's performance, where he's always happy to entertain them. Even though Octavia's parents attempt to abduct her during one shot, Blitzo saves her despite almost dying and loses his job because of the damage caused by the kidnappers. In order to show her gratitude to Blitzo for saving her, Octavia declares him her knight in shining armor. The contemporary world hasn't forgotten its ancient customs, as it turns out. The previous one-imp showman Blitzo now has to safeguard a young princess as he adapts to life in the noblest of societies. â€
