Chika Fujiwara (è è, Fujiwara Chika) is one of the series' key characters. She attends Shuchi'in Senior High School and serves as the secretary of the academy's student council. Fujiwara is a bright and lively girl who is nearly always smiling. She is always seeking for ways to have fun with her other student council members, and she is often the one who comes up with unusual activities and ideas to amuse herself and the others. Fujiwara is usually unaware of the mood in the room, making her an unexpected factor that shatters many of Kaguya Shinomiya's and Miyuki Shirogane's plots to force the other to confess.
